120 Spots Available: 1st Come, 1st Served!
Who? Children who are 4 by September 1, 2025
When? March 14 from 8:30am-11:30am
Where? Gilmer County Pre-K (196 McCutchen Street in the back of old EPS/CCES building)
How? Drive-in Pre-Registration: Stay in your car! Directions will be given upon arrival.
What Documents Are Needed?
- No documents will be needed for Pre-Registration.
- The first 120 in line will be given a number and an appointment will be set to register your child at GCSS Central Office.
- The following documents will be required at the registration appointment:
- Birth Certificate- official copy
- Social Security Card
- Immunization Form 3231
- Health Screening Form 3300
- Student’s Health Insurance Card
- Parent ID
- 2 Proofs of Residence
- Numbers 121 and above will receive a spot on the Waiting List.

¿Cómo? Preinscripción Auto Servicio: ¡Quédese en su automóvil! Las instrucciones se darán a la llegada.
¿Qué documentos se necesitan?
- No se necesitarán documentos para el Pre-Registro.
- Los primeros 120 en la fila recibirán un número y se programará una cita para registrar a su hijo en la Oficina Central de GCSS.
- Los siguientes documentos serán requeridos en la cita de registro:
- Acta de Nacimiento- copia oficial
- Tarjeta de Seguro Social
- Formulario de Vacunación 3231
- Examen de Salud Forma 3300
- Tarjeta de Seguro de Salud del Estudiante
- Identificación de los Padres
- 2 Pruebas de Comprobante de Domicilio
- Los números 121 y superiores recibirán un lugar en la lista de espera.
