APPOINTMENT BASED ONLY - Walk-ins will be asked to make an appointment for a later time. Drive-thru option is available, only enrolling parent or guardian need to be present.

The following items will be needed for registration:
* Birth Certificate
* Social Security Card
* Immunization Form 3231
* hearing, vision & dental screening form 3300
* (2) Proofs of Residency
- Lease or Mortgage Agreement (current within the last 60 days)
- Automobile Registration or Insurance
- Utility Bill
- Property Tax
- Mail from Government Agency
* Copy of Parent/Guardian's Driver's License

*Children must be 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2021 to be eligible for Kindergarten during the 2021-2022 school year.
