Please note the following
- If you have never completed the School Choice Survey for your child you must fill out the survey for your child to be School Choice eligible.
- If you have completed the School Choice Survey previously for your child you will not need to complete a new one for the upcoming year.
- If you choose School Choice for your child, you are responsible for transportation to and from school.
